Exchange
- A product will be exchanged free of cost, if the product is damaged or wrong product is sent from our end.
- Product can be exchanged if you want another color / model or you made a wrong order. But it will cost shipment AED 22 and the current price of new product order (The returning product should not be used).
- Returns/exchanges may take up to 1 week to process, not including shipping times.
- Exchange and return are only eligible within one week of purchase.
- Note: Only the products that are not used are eligible for exchange.

Return/Refund
7 Day Return Policy – Any product without being used
- You can return the product to us within 7 days, If the Product is not used.
- To avail the return policy Product must be purchased online via card. (Cash on delivery not eligible)
- A Refund will be made deducting only delivery i.e AED 22 from actual product cost
- Returns/exchanges may take up to 1 week to process, not including shipping times.
